Esperanto Global Marketing treats customer data as important company assets. These assets must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. In order to protect confidential information from unauthorized access by users inside and outside Esperanto Global Marketing, we make use of security systems, including firewalls and cryptography. In addition, Esperanto Global Marketing limits the access to customer information to those employees who have a legitimate business need for it.
We retain customer information as necessary for business purposes and/or to meet government regulations. Once the retention periods expire, Esperanto Global Marketing carefully disposes of records and deletes such information.
